NEW ISSUE OF SHARES PRESENT HOLDERS TO BE PROTECTED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Juno 28. (Received June 29, at 10 a.m.) After the shareholders had sought an injunction in the Chancery Division to restrain Imperial Airways from making a new issue of 1,000,000 shares, asserting that their rights were not safeguarded, the directors agreed that every existing shareholder should he entitled to apply for the allotment of one new share for every share held and also have the right to apply with the public for any additional shares which remain to bo allotted.
