A GRADE REPRESENTATIVE TRIALS. The following, players are asked to attend a practice at 6 p.m. on Tuesday next:— Forwards. —D, Adams. E. Buchler, M. Gillies, L. Guthrie, B. Knowles, J. M'Kenzie, A. Sinclair, G. Thompson. TRAINING COLLEGE v. UNIVERSITY. Training College met University on Logan Park No. 1. The game was full of incident, Training College, playing with great dash in the first half, obtaining a double majority before halftime was called, the score being 11-5. In the second half the game was more evenly contested, University adding 7 goals to its opponents’ _ 6. The final score was 17-12 in Training College’s favour. Mrs E. M'Aughtrie controlled the game. ALBANY 111. v. J, R.. M'KENZIES. Albany 111. and J. R. M'Kenzies met on Logan Park 4. Good defensive work prphibited. scores being added very quickly. M'Kenzies was unfortunate in losing the services of Mavis Hastie in the first half of the game through an ankle injury. Miss Lil Meining, who turned out for her old club for the first time this season, played a very sound gapie. The final score was 7-6 in favour of Albany HI. The game was controlled by Mr A. Flett. ROSLYN v. ALBANY 11. Roslyn and Albany 11. met on logan Park 55. The game was not so closely contested as was expected, Roslyn proving successful by 23 -goals to 7. Roslyn’s forwards scored at every opportunity, and quickly established a lead. Albany’s ll.’s centre third was the most outstanding section in its team. Miss M. S. Flomigng controlled the game.« Y.W.C.A. v. RAWHITI. The game between Y.W.C.A. and Rawhiti was very closely contested, neither team gaining any advantage in the first spell. Half-time was called with the score standing at 6 all. In the second half Y.W.C.A. speeded up its play and succeeded in adding 5 goals to its opponents’ 2.
