A TRADER IN OPIUM [Per United Press Association.]- ; NAPIER, May 3. Wang Sing, a market gardener, who was said to have traded systematically in opium, was fined £SO this morning. Three half-pound tins of opium were found in Ins possession. When questioned on Saturday evening the police said the defendant eluded them for some time. He: bought opium from a Chinese firm in Wellington. I Jack Yee, described as a Well-known opium smoker, was fined £25 for being found in possession of utensils used for , smoking opium. J
