LONDON, May 2. (Received May 3, at 2 p.m.) In the Davis Cup matches at Montreux, Switzerland eliminated Ireland. Fischer defeated Lyttelton Rogers, 6-3, 6-4, 4-6, 2-6, 6-2; Elmer defeated M'Veagh, 5-7, 8-6, 6-4, 6-1. At Budapest Belgium eliminated Hungary. La Croix defeated Gabory, 6-2, 6-4, 6-1; Dallos defeated Deborman, 7-5, 3-6, 6-2, 3-3. Deborman retired owing to cramp.
