CZECHOSLOVAKIA WITHDRAWS FROM CONFERENCE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PRAGUE, April 24. The 4 TageMatt 1 reports that the Czechoslovakian delegation has withdrawn from the Sugar Conference, as it is unable to accept the proposed export quota of 300,000 tons the first year and 250,000 tons in the subsequent four years. Czechoslovakia demanded 360,000 tons the first year, 315,000 tons the second year, and 280,000 tons in the succeeding three j'ears.
