MR WILLIAM DOUGLAS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 22. , The death has occurred of Mr William Douglas, motor cycle pioneer, who introduced Britain’s first two-cylinder machine in 1907. He supplied 60,000 during the war time.
