NO IMMEDIATE SUPPLIES SEASON STARTS EARLY IN MAY [Per United Press Association.] ;;; Wellington, April 24: On inquiry from the Australian Trade Commissioner’s Office the - .Evening Post ’ ascertained that no supplies of oranges are immediately available for shipment from Australia,, as the season does not commence''until early m May, when the new season’s supplies of mandarins and oranges are available for the Sydney market. Navel, oranges from the New South Wales irrigation area and from South Australia will be avail-' able towards the end of May.
