FOUR NEW CANTERBURY CASES [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, April 22. Four further cases of infantile paralysis were notified in the Canterbury health district to-day, bringing the total notifications this week to 10. The notifications were a girl of 12 from Fendalton, a boy of three from Papanui, a boy of two from Charing Cross (near Kirwee), and a girl of 13 from Timaru. As the result of the Fendalton case, one of the Middle School forms at the Rang! Ruru Girls’ College lias been disbanded. POSITIVE OAMARU CASE. The Department of Health has received word that a case of infantile paralysis, diagnosed as positive, has been admitted to the Oamaru Hospital in the 24 hours ended at 9 a.m. today. The patient is a male, aged 18 years, a resident of Weston.
