WELCOME TO NEW GOVERNOR LORD WAKEHURST ARRIVES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, April 8. The city was beflagged to-day in honour of the arrival of the new Governor, Lord Wakehurst, with his wife and children. All the vessels in the harbour were appropriately dressed, and the streets were lined with people, who cox-dially cheered their Excellencies.
