Hugh M'Lean, claim £37 ss, rent owing, with costs (£4 3s 6d) ; Tims. J. Finnic v. C. T. Henderson, claim £2 12s pd, work done, with costs (£1 7s 6d) ; fame v. M. H. Ponsford, claim 10s, being costs of action. On a judgment spumous Butterfields Ltd. proceeded ngiinst John M'Neill Gray for the suinjof £4 17s 6d.
