OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS (British Official Wireless.) _ Press Awociation-By Telegraph-Copyright RUGBY, March 12. (Received March 13, ft noon.) The King has approved the following appointments; Sir Esmond Ovey, Ambassador at Brussels, to be Majesty’s Ambassador Extraordinary and 3 Plenipotentiary at Buenos Aires and Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Asuncion. Sir Robert Clive, Ambassador at Tokio, to he His Majesty’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary at Brussels and Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at LuxembUSir Robert Craigie, Assistant Undersecretary at the Foreign Office, to be His Majesty’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary at Tokio.
