ELECTIONEERING BY TELEPHONE

IDEA TRIED IN ENGLAND Press Association —By Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, February 19. (Received February 20, at 11 a.m.) Major J. S. Courtault, M.P., initiated a new experiment by addressing his electorate by telephone. He spoke from his house, and his voice was amplified through loudspeakers in Chichester.
