PERTINENT QUESTIONS IN PANiIAMENT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, February. 18. (Received February 19, at 11 a.m.) In the Lower House a Liberal member, Mr Yukio Ozaki, demanded to know whether Japan’s expansionism was northward or southward, or whether economic or military. The Premier replied that the first question would depend on time and circumstances. As to the second he said he believed that no country in the presentworld would attempt an armed conquest.
