The * News-Chroniclers ’ Berlin correspondent says: “ Owing to indignation caused by Herr von Ribbentrop’s Nazi salute to King George, Herr Hitler has considered the whole matter of diplomatic salutes and) has ordered representatives, whether embassyites or consularities, to give the Nazi salute while performing their official duties, consisting of an informal flip of the hand shoulder high, but not a fully out-flung arm, while “ Heil Hitler” will not" be ’said. ; from Herr ' von Ribbentrop, have hitherto saluted according to, the custom of the country where they were serving. [On being'presented to King George Herr von. Ribbentrop, German Ambassador to Britain, gave the Nazi salute and exclaimed, “Heil Hitler 1”]
