TEARFUL SCENES AT NAVAL BASE H.M.S. DUNEDIN SAILS [Pee United Pkess Association.] AUCKLAND, February 15. Tearful scenes were witnessed at the Devonporfc naval base this morning, when the cruiser Dunedin sailed for England. ' Many of her 400 officers and men have married in New Zealand, and there were brides of only a few days among the crowds that waved farewell. Several men who should have been aboard were missing, and the warship sailed without them. With a seaplane roaring overhead and the crews of the sloop Wellington and the training ship Philomel cheering lustily, the cruiser slipped out of the harbour.
