BELGIUM REPLIES TO BRITISH NOTE (British Official Wireless.) Prcst Aisociation —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, February 12. (Received February 13, at noon.) The Belgian Ambassador called at the Foreign Office and left his Government’s reply to the British communication giving the views of His Majesty’s Government as to how the various opinions expressed by the five Governments concerned in the discussion on a new Locarno could best be reconciled, and inviting the views of other Governments o,n this question, Belgium’s is the second reply received, the French Government having delivered a Note on December 19. German and Italian replies are still outstanding.
