LAVINA AND KITTY EQUAL ON POINTS ip* Unitsd Fxmi Amocutkni.] December 8. The fifth Sanders Cup trial was sailed this evening in a fresh northerly. Lavina, sailed by J. Coleman, scored her third win. The other two were won by Kitty (N. Blair), Kitty and Lavina are now equal on points. It will not be known until the association meeting to-morrow night whether a further trial will be necessary. Vampire (Evan Julian) will represent Wellington in the Moffat Cup. The Cornwell Cup crew will be announced to-morrow night.
