FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE
ENGLISHMAN ARRESTED IN CHICAGO Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, December 6. (Received December 7, at 1.30 a.m.) The New York * Times * reports that Charles E. Robinson (64). an Englishman, was arrested in Chicago as a fugitive from justice, under the-Federal Stolen Property Act. Frederick Tuttle, vice-president and treasurer of the Peters Cartridge Company, was recently swindled out of 30,000 dollars. The police watched Robinson’s ’ home for some time. The Federal Department of Justice is investigating the similarity of names in the famous “ Mr A ” case.
