ONE CASE FOR TRIAL
CRIME-FREE POVERTY BAY [Per United Press Association.] GISBORNE, August 11. The Supreme Court sessions- opened this morning with only one case for trial. Mr Justice Blair congratulated the district on having maintained its reputation as one _of the most crime* free in the Dominion. A true bill was returned against Tahiti Pohi, charged with indecently a*, saulting a girl aged ten years.
