Sir Philip Ben Greet, the actor and producer, who was associated with many ventures for popular presentation of Shakespeare’s plays, both at home and abroad, and who died on May 17, left £127. Sir Philip was included among those to whom Civil List pensions were, granted this year, but he died before the grant became effective.
