MEETING BEFORE END OF MONTH INVITATION TO GERMANY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA. July 4/ A communique says that as a result of conversations between M. Blum, M. Delbos, Mr Anthony Eden, and M. Van Zeeland it has been agreed that a further meeting of the Locarno Powers should be held before the end of the month. It is understood that the meeting will, b© held at Brussels, and that both Italy and Germany will be invited to attend, whether or not the latter has replied to the British questionnaire, although it is recognised that a constructive reply will materially increase tha chances of a successful conference. NO DEFINITE DECISION. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 4. (Received July 6, at noon.) As the result of conversations afi Geneva between M. Blum, M. Delbos, Mr Eden, M van Zeeland, and M. Spaak it was agreed that a further meeting of the Locarno Powers whose representatives drew up the London arrangement of March 19 would be desirable at an early date in order to discuss the present situation. No final decision was arrived at as to the time and place of meeting, but it was agreed that the invitation should be issued by M. van Zeeland after further consultation with those concerned.
