HONOLULU, July 3. America colonised again to-day Baker, Howland, and Jarvis Islands, to which Britain has a claim, transporting four Honolulu youths to each island by the coastguard steamer Itasca. Additional colonists will soon sail, accompanied by Mr William Miller, airways superintendent of the Department of Commerce, who is now in Honolulu.
