ST. CLAIR CLUB
A close game resulted in the final of the knock-out competition for the Paterson Cup played between H, A. Gamble and I. H. Penrose on Saturday afternoon, I. H. Penrose securing a victory by 2 up and 1 to play. The montldy stroke handicap drew a good entry, the winners in the A and B grades being E. H. M'Arthur and M. A. Robson respectively. The best gross score trophy was won by C. B. Wight.* Tho following were the best cards returned: —
