POLICE ASSOCIATION
FAVOURED IN AUCKLAND [Pbr United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, June 30. Members of the police and detective force in Auckland favour the formation of a police association. At a private meeting at the Central Station today, attended by over 200, a long discussion was held regarding the formation of an association, the activities in Australia being largely cited. A secret ballot was held, revealing a large majority in favour of the formation ot an association. A temporary committee was elected.-
