Under instruction from the City Corporation, Messrs John Reid and Sons Ltd. offered at auction to-day the following leases:— Allotments 2 and 6, subdivision section 32, block VI., city of Dunedin, fronting -Princes and High streets was secured by the present tenant, Mr V. S. Jacobs, at the upset rental of £370 per annum. Allotment 5, plan of subdivision of section 32, block VI., city of Dunedin, fronting High street, was secured by the present tenant, Messrs Bing, Harris, and Co. Ltd., at the upset rental of £299 5s per annum. Allotment 1, plan No. 17, Block 111., township of South Dunedin, fronting King Edward street, was secured by the present tenants, the trustees of the Church of Christ, South Dunedin, at the upset rental of £33 per annum.
