REDUCTIONS IN RATES (British Official Wireless.)’ Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, RUGBY, June 30. (Received July 1, at 12.5 pan.) Reductions in the rates for trana* atlantic radio telephone calls and radi* telegrams to and from ships at sea were inaugurated to-day at a ceremony at the General Post Office.
