After sitting continuously for nearly 22 hours, the House of Commons rose shortly after noon. The main business before the House was the discussion of various supplementary estimates, the Opposition re« fusing to allow their passage without a full debate. When the House ultimately rose it was agreed that the committee stage of the Bill for the continuance of the shipping . subsidy and. certain other Government business should stand adjourned until Mondaj.
