The Industrial Commission is dealing • with the Port Kembla iron and steel works dispute. Mr H. V. Eyafct, K.C., who is ap. pearing for the ironworkers, . emphasised that the employees were .prepared to resume .work under the conditions of the award upon the conditional reinstatement of the ' dismissed .employee, but “ the men will not be intimidated and bludgeoned into working excessive overtime.” Mr Justice Brown replied: Whenyon bring a claim to the commission showing that the company has gone outsida the award it will bo properly dealt with. - ■ ' Argument has not 1 been concluded.
