BOMBARDMENT OF RED CROSS IN ABYSSINIA. An ambulance station manned by members of the Swedish Red Cross was bombed by Italian aeroplan es on December 30. The tents Were clearly marked with Rod Cross emblems, but the unit was destroyed. Dr Hylander, the leader, who is here seated next to Prince Carl of Sweden, and is holding a portfolio, was wounded, as were other members in the group. One Swede was killed and many Abyssinian orderlies and wounded lost their lives.
