SUNDAY SERVICES

The Rev. \V. Allen Stevely'will conduct the services at First Church. The morning subject will be ‘ The Great Companion/ and the evening, ‘Life’s Direction.’ The . solo, ‘ The King of Love My Shepherd is/ will be sung. Dr V. E. Galway will be the organist. The Rev. R. R. Grant Sutherland, M.A., of Kilmarnock, Scotland, will conduct both services in Knox Church. Fleet will sing ‘ Rock of Ages ’ (Jude). The services at Dundas Street Methodist Church will be conducted by Rev. Percy Cooke. Morning subject, ‘ What of the End? ’ Evening subject, ‘ Glorify God in Your Body.’ Duet, Mesdames W. and T. A. Coventry. Sacrament at close of evening service. Rev. T. Skuse will conduct the services at St. Kilda Methodist Church, his subject for the day being messages for the New Year. The Rev. T. Keith Ewen will conduct the services at the _ Hanover Street Baptist Church, speaking in the morning on ‘ A Promise for the New Year,’ and in the evening on ‘ The Never Failing Companionship.’ At the Moray Place Congregational Clufreh divine worship will be conducted by the Rev. A. H. Wallace morning and evening. Mr E. Grahame M'Kinlay will sing a solo, ‘ Come Unto Me.’ Services at the United Congregational Church will be conducted by the Rev. C. G. Hedley Bycroft. At 11 a.m. he will talk on ‘ The Secrets of Success,’ and for his evening service he will take as his subject ‘ The Christian’s Watchword—Go Forward.’ The evening service at York Place Hall will be taken by Mr Reg. Annan, who for a number of years has been engaged in mission work in Abyssinia. The subject of his address is ‘ Ethiopia in the Light of Prophecy.’ An invitation is extended to all to hear this very interesting address. * The Real Religion ’ will be the subject of Mr J. M. M'Ewan’s address at the Spiritualist Church, held in the Radiant Hall, St. Andrew street. First Church of Christ, Scientist, will ’conduct services in Albell Chambers, Stuart street. The subject of the morning and evening services will be ‘ God.’ In the evening, at the Greater World Spiritual Mission, Mrs Brooks will speak on the interesting subject, ‘ The Reality of the Invisible.’ There will be spiritual clairvoyance, and an after circle.
