(Received January 4, at noon.), The Naval Conference, which adjourned over the Christmas holidays, wiE be resumed. on Monday afternoon, when the election of a president in succession to Sir Samuel Hoare may be considered. The First Committee will continue examination of the various proposals advanced by the different delegations. The delegates will attend an official Government dinner on. Thursday evening.
