ITALY SENDING TEN DELEGATES 3» Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 2. (Received December 3, at 2 p.m.) The ‘ Sun-Herald ’ says the Italians regard the Naval Conference as so important that they are sending 10 delegates, consisting of five diplomats and five naval representatives. Apparently they intend to raise political issues, including the future of the Mediterranean.
