ALLEGED TO HAVE BEEN DOPED
ANOTHER HORSE DIES SYDNEY, December 3. (Received December 3, at 1.5 p.m.) The racehorse Hoiha Ra yesterday became frantic and collapsed and died. Its organs are being analysed. [A cable received on Saturday stated: Two racehorses whose chances were favoured at the Moree Gold Cup Meeting are alleged to have been doped. One' horse, Blunt Edge, collapsed after exercising and died. The other, Hoiha Ra, was driven almost frantic on the course and had to be withdrawn from the race, but there is a chance of its recovery.]
