SUMMER MEETING [Per United Press Association.! . WELLINGTON December 3. _ A decision to retain the semi-classic Trentham stakes and to incorporate it in the programme for the summer meeting was made by the stewards of the Wellington Racing Club.: The race, which will replace -the hack five fuxlongs event on the thirty - day will again be over a mile, but this season the conditions will include penalties, a probable maximum of 10lb and allowances. The programme, except for this change, v will bo the same as last year.
