FLIGHT FROM GERMANY FIRST OFFICIAL FIGURES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright , BERLIN, May 10. (Received May 11, at 10.30 a.m.) ‘ Voelkischer Beobachter ’ polishes the first official figures regarding Jewish political refugees since the introduction of Nazism. Ninety thousand Jews and 20,000 non-Jewish members of political parties have left Germany. Ten thousand, including 99 per cent, being Jews, have since returned and have been sent to concentration camps for “ acclimatisation.” The Economic Ministry estimates that Germany’s capital loss owing to “ emigration ” is £32,000,000.
