POPULATION OF AUSTRALIA
LATEST ESTIMATE OF TOTAL Press Association—By Telegraph— CANBERRA, April 2. (Received April 2, at 11 a.in.) The estimated population of Australia at the end of 1934 was 6,806,438, according to figures made available by the Commonweath Statistician. The total is comprised of 3,501,783 males and 3,304,655 females.
