Mud was thrown at the car of tji# League..of Nations High Commissioner} (Mr Sean Lester) as he drove through the city to-day. Herr Greiser (President of the Senate) publicly insulted Mr Lester, threatening that he might be forced to leave Danzig. Feeling is running high, pending the mew elections, which the Diet has fixed for April 7, at which the Nazis, who are already in the majority,hope to eliminate the opposition. Mr Lester is apparently suspected of partiality. HEATED INTERVIEW ' DANZIG, March 30. The Polish newspapers declare thati Air Sean Lester, the League of Nation* High Commissioner, had a heated interview with Herr Greiser after a speechl in which the latter attacked the League and Mr Lester. Herr Greiser, during the interview, allegedly repeated the criticism and threatened non-co-opera-tion . Mr Lester refuses to make any mont, as it may be a matter Jog League .CooaciL
