QUEEN ORDERS EMPIRE DRESS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 29. The ' Daily Express ’ says that the Queen has ordered an Empire dress for the jubilee State ball at Bucking* ham Palace. It will be a shimmering; dress of silver and gold, with a long train embroidered with the symbols o| Empire. The Queen, instead of being followed into the throne room by her ladies-in* waiting, will have a retinue of over} twenty Indian princesses wearing special embroidered saris.
