VILLAGE DISTURBANCE
RIOTERS DISPERSED BY UNGERS ‘one hundred injured Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BOMBAY, March 29. A long-standing dispute in the village of Khun, situated in Ajmer, over marriages between Jats and Rajputs, culminated to-day in serious disturbances, after which the disputants, fully armed, prraded'the village. Captain Webb, senior officer in the district, at the head of a party of Indian lancers, ordered the Jats to disperse. When they refused he ordered a charge and the lancers,..chased the rioters home, injuring 100, five seriously.
