Suffolk last October of sixty men of the City of Cambridge, which had struck the Pratas Reef, in the South China Sea, was commemo. rated yesterday at Hongkong,* when tha Commander-in-Chief of the China - Station (Admiral Sir Frederick Dfeyer) presented to the Suffolk a piece of plate as an expression of Appreciation from Messrs Ellerman, the owners of the Cfity of Cambridge.
