FORESTERS
The quarterly meeting of Court Saint Andrews, No. 6,127, A.0.F., was held in the Oddfellows’ Hail, Forbury Corner. C.R. Bro. P. Vann presided over a good attendance of officers and members. The D.C.R. Bra. H. L. Thomson and D.T. Bro. J. Hope were present. The toast to tho visitors was responded to by P.C.11. Bro, S. Bret tel I, Court Enterprise, and P.C.11. Bro. R. Tily, Court Woodville. Tho election of officers for ensuing term resulted: —Chief Ranger, Bro. H. Skene; Sub-chief Ranger, Sister C. G. Johnson; treasurer,, Bro. E. Brough; senior Woodward, Sister E. A. Johnson; junior Woodward, Sister J. D. Mac Lean; senior beadle, Bro. A. J. Waugh; junior beadle, Bro. C. Garland; M.C., Bro. J. R. Murphy; trustee, Bro. D, A. Swann (rc-eiected) ; auditor, Bro. H. C, Halford (re-elected) ; delegates to U.F.S. Dispensary, P.C.11. Bro. W. G. Campbell (re-elected); P.C.11. Bro, D. A. Swann; Vigilance Committee — P.C.R.’s Bros. W. G. Campbell, P. Vance, and E. Brough (re-elected) ; Social Committee —Sisters M. Henke, J. Henke, JVI. Borland, I. D. Mac Lean, J. A. Campbell, Bros. J. 11. Murphy, K. Skono, J. A. Gray, and W. G. Campbell. The newly-elected officers were installed by the district officers. The D.C.R., Bro. H. L. Thomson, presented the secretary, Bro. C. 11. M'Koich with his Past Chief Ranger’s certificate and collar, and congratulated him on having attained these honours, ft was resolved that the usual honours bo accorded the retiring C.R., Bro. P. Vann. Discussion of the district business paper was left over till next meeting. During the evening three propositions for membership were accepted. Fitting reference was made to the retirement of Bro. W. G. Campbell from the position of treasurer, after having served some thirty years in active office.
