THE HOLIDAY COMPETITIONS
Margaret Tait, 83 Prince' Albert road, St. Kilda, is the winner of the competition on ‘ How I Spent My Holidays at Home.’ The next in order of merit is Arthur Turvey, 25 Nen street, Oamaru, The' third is _ Edna M. Girvan, Church street, Riverton. These letters are printed below, together with an interesting one on a holiday spent at Grey mouth. These competitions have been most interesting to Big Brother Bill, and to the bairns who read the columns. He would like to thank all who have sent letters about their holidays.
