DANGEROUS INTERSECTION.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I am pleased that someone other than myself is concerned about the Macandrew road-Surrey street intersection. I maintain that the tall hedge on the corner, blocking the vision of motorists coming up Macandrew road, does make this corner dangerous. It should be cut right down. As regards speeding, your correspondent in last evening’s ‘ Star ’ is thoroughly correct. My sole intention in writing to you was to spur residents with families to having this state of affairs removed.—l am, etc., A Stitch in Time. January 31.
