Despite the successes of the opposition- pastors, his supporter! declare that Herr Hitler is shortly receiving Bishop Mueller’s representatives. Bishop Mueller, -who years ago sheltered Herr Hitler from, the police, rallied his followers and crowded the church at Steglitz and a large cinema, where patriotic songs preceded the speech, in which an ex-army chaplain with two Iron Crosses and black cassock declared he would follow the example of the wounded man he saw under bombardment, who said: “ I will hold my post as long as I can stand.”
