SEVEN RECORDS BROKEN [Pek United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November IS. The champions of nine colleges competed for the honour of their schools at the thirteenth annual championship meeting of the Wellington Secondary Schools’ Athletic Association, at the Basin Reserve on Saturday afternoon in glorious weather. Seven records were broken, and a number wore equalled. The M'Jivedy Shield, awarded to the college gaining most points in all grades, was won by St. Patrick’s College, Silverstream. Wellington College, last year’s holders, were the runners-up. The championship points were as follows :—St. Patrick’s College, Silverstream, 36; Wellington College, 30; St. Patrick’s College, city, 2oi; Scots College, 20; Hutt Valley High School, 184; Technical College, 10; Wairarapa High School, 9; Rongotai College, 1; Wellesley College, 0.
