GENERAL STRIKE

(Received September 28, at 10.30 a.m.) A general strike Ims been declared in Algeciras. The strikers seized and burned a motor bus, and the passengers were, compelled to walk ten miles. Troops arc escorting visitors from hotels to boats. English girls are helping hotelkeepers to serve meals. The inland tours for the Narkunda’s passengers have been cancelled owing to danger of interference.
