ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Dunedin Cage Bird Specialist Club was held in the club romns on Tuesday, Mr R. J. Brown presiding over a large attendance. The balance-sheet showed a satisfactory credit. The Chairman thanked members for the confidence they had placed in his judgment during his term of office and in re-electing him. A pleasing ceremony followed the presentation of trophies won during the year. The winners were :—Yorkshire, open; W. G. Wall 1, J. A. Morris 2. Norwich, open: M. Kerr 1, N. H. Williams 2. Budgerigars: R. J. Brown 1. Mules: N. Williams 1, Millar 2. Yorkshire, novice; M. Simpson 1, D. Tudor and Critchfield 2 (equal). Norwich, novice Gentleman 1, Maddigan 2. In presenting the trophies, the President congratulated the winners, and remarked on the number of cups- available for competition. The following office-bearers were elected:—Patron, the Mavor (Rev. E. T. Cox) ; president, Mr It. J. Brown (re-elected) ; vice-presidents Messrs Tye,_ Greenhalgh, Kerr, Tudor, and Williams; secretary, Mr W. G. Wall; treasurer, Mr A. M'Donald; auditor, Mr W. Millar; committee Messrs Kerr, Williams, Neiper, Simpson, Pine, Neilson, and’ Tye.
