(Received September 12, at 11.30 a.m.); Carmelo Mentisano, aged 36, an Italian, was found dying in a , cottage on the waterfront with deep gashes in his head. One ’ arm was almost severed and the other arm and legs were deeply gashed in at least twenty places. Concetta Ciamiinta, aged 30, who lives with her husband in the same house as the dead man, was sub* sequeutly arrested on a charge of wilfully murdering Mentisano.,
