Sir lan Fraser, K. 8., chairman of St. Dunstan’s Hospital for Blind Soldiers (London), and a member of the House of Commons, who will bo visiting New Zealand next month bn his way to a conference for blind soldiers in Melbourne, will stay in Dunedin for a couple of days, and a civic reception will be tendered to lam on October 11.
