OTAGO CLUB The Otago Athletic and Cycling Cluh held the last series of three x-aces for the Brettell Cup on Saturday from Green Island' to East Taieri, Wylie’s Crossing, Outram, Woodside, Berwick; Henley, and back to Green Island—a distance of forty-five miles. The race was run in rain for practically the whole journey. The winner was I. Guthrie (14min), with W. Lucas (14min) second, and H. Cooper (2inin) third. The fastest time was secured by H. Cooper, and second fastest time by M. Cannon. The cup was won by the vetei'ari rider W. Lucas, with 9 points, and M. Cannon was runner-up with 8 points. The points for the cup are as follows:—W. Lucas 9, M. Cannon 8, P. Beale, J. Welsh, I. Guthrie 5, H. Cooper 2.
